      Medium sized team that support each other well. Interesting range of clients and project types.

      Cons

      The pay is not industry standard, especially for what's expected within the job, as well as the cost of living in the Denver metro area. Remote positions should be offered these days. Senior management can be tone deaf.

      Provides a great work environment and culture where you can engage in meaningful work with amazing clients. Having an opportunity to work for a privately owned company with great leadership, opportunity and mentorship.

      Cons

      Cons are minimal, perhaps just the amount of work that can land on your desk periodically.

      Good Company, Big Egos

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, remote first work, cater lunch in office on thursdays.

      Cons

      A lot of big egos in the company. If you are "in" with everyone great, but if you are outside the inner circle you can definitely feel that in the work, projects, ideas, support, etc. Benefits are covered by company except health but they aren't the greatest options and 401K plan is pretty bad.
