Doors to opportunities are broad open here. Whatever your domain is, this is the best place to practice your niche. Seniors and co-workers are really so cooperative and helpful that this place feels like home from day 1.
Cons
Sometimes you might find the workload a bit pressurizing but then it's not too much because it always gets divided among your co-workers. But then if you're a workaholic then this is the best opportunity to practice your niche. Honestly, I wouldn't complain about that. 😉
