Pros

Truly great group of people to work with, regardless of businesses. People know what they’re doing and helpful. Good insurance and good offices in Sydney and Melbourne. Free lunches every Wednesday.

Cons

Inflexible WFH policies. Need to be in office by 9:30am for working days, this is reviewed and monitored closely by management (as if there’s nothing better to do). No flexibility for in-office days (sometimes 4 days because of all-hands) Managers are really tired of having no say in salary reviews for teams and having to monitor office attendance. Lack of career growth as there is no planning / lack of promises. Minimal pay raises and no bonuses at all.
