      Good IT team, interesting business

      Have to be on site, no remote option. Extreme micro management on schedule. Management is very stiff. Underpays. You can do better than this for a job.

      Great entry level position. Love the community.

      Cons

      Time is solid 8-5 with mandatory 1hr lunch. If it’s the worst blizzard the state has ever seen, they still want you to risk your life to come drive in and be on time. No option for remote.
