      Everyone genuinely wants to succeed and to have their coworkers succeed as well. Open communication lines with all members of the company Good benefit package

      Cons

      Pay doesn't always reflect the work and effort expected. Some minor culture issues that were being addressed

      Pros

      Monnit produces some really fantastic products. I enjoy that I get to be part of the development process. There's never a shortage of projects in the pipeline. That and steady growth give me good job security.

      Cons

      Nothing major enough that I need to put it here.

      Great working environment

      Pros

      Monnit hired me right out of school with no experience to join their software dev team. My manager was/is great in helping me to learn the ropes. Love the tech. Even though I'm not working with the hardware, I enjoy working for a company that produces a great product. Great benefits, 401k match, company parties, catered lunches.

      Cons

      No options to work remotely.
