Pros

There really arent any except it was a job and I was thankful for that. Property can be pretty.

Cons

Upper management and corporate have crazy unrealistic expectations, out of touch with reality and treat every single market area as if it were Texas. Very cheap and refuse to spend money on renovations or offering specials for new move ins. Upper management thinks that being shopped takes priority over everything else and does not care how short staffed the property is. Management does not handle or address any employment issues or care. This little summary does not do justice how awful these people are

Pros

Monogram does have a great boutique portfolio throughout. Have worked with some great people plus have developed strong relationships that will last.

Cons

Monogram has had a revolving door with upper management in the last year which doesn't say much for a company that is growing. Upper management needs to be careful of they put in the HR, RM, RVP and of course the SVP positions. Those that have been dedicated, loyal and had made personal sacrifices for Monogram are about gone. Also HR needs to investigate and research when allegations are pointed at an employee unless you are a handsome RM. It's no longer about the people just the bottom line as a whole. If the long term dedicated formers employees were treated right and still with Monogram the company might be performing as it should. The inappropriate gossip throughout the corporate office which trickles down to the on site teams is horrific. The politics that has developed at Monogram is disgusting and should stop. Again, If your looking for a company that is only about the bottom line then Monogram is the perfect fit for you.

Pros

We have some of the hardest working people I have ever worked with and I enjoy working with them. Benefits are good too - health, dental, vision, HSA account, 401k with match, holidays and PTO are generous and stock options that pay quarterly dividends.

Cons

Communications between departments, management and staffs can be improved.
