      Good company but lack management and vision

      Pros

      - Really good work life balance - Good atmosphere and people department. -Some higher level managers good and very open.

      Cons

      - Directors lack vision and strategy, out of touch with what the industry is doing. - Lack of shared drive to pursue company vision as people may not believe in it, some are here to just collect salary

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, good opportunities to take ownership and show initiative. Modern technology stack using cloud technologies, Kubernetes etc. as well as interfacing with Ethereum blockchain and DeFi. Blockchain industry is super interesting and fast moving! Fun yet infrequent team socials.

      Cons

      No permanent office since start of pandemic, remote working is not for everyone. Like any startup, things can sometimes feel a little bit chaotic/disorganised. New product is taking a radically different direction from the legacy product which divided some in the team. No formal processes in place to conduct performance/salary reviews.
