      Pros

      Improved equipment, able to get experience in a variety of procedures involving pulmonary function testing, sleep lab, critical care units, etc.

      Cons

      Lack of staff often creates miscommunication between doctors, nursing, and rt's. Operates without protocols and is a bit out of date with current methodologies.
