Pros

Work from Home during COVID was good; My direct manager worked hard and was pretty knowledgeable. Everyone else not so much.

Cons

Cons = Everything else; I've never seen a company run like this before. The turnover rate is the highest I've ever seen and there is no root cause analysis to find out a solution. Pretty much everyone that got hired around the same time as me left before I did or around the same time. Average salary is around 30-40% less than every other company around Orange County. HR is rude or non-existent probably because they're so busy looking for replacements

Pros

I had to perform a broad range of tasks because the company was growing very fast and many departments were short handed. It was bad at times, but gave me hands-on experiences in different areas of the business.

Cons

Unrealistic goal for workload with the minimum salary you can expect from work. Their annual salary raise is almost nothing and that would barely keep up with a national inflation rate. The career advancement opportunity is pretty much dead end and learning opportunities are rare. Taking more than 2 breaks of 10 minutes each per day and being more than 10 minutes late for work is strictly prohibited. I used to tell my supervisor before and after I take a break, but it stopped at some point. Being more than 10 minutes late for work and calling in sick later one hour before work start time is subject to their employee point system in which you could even get fired after accumulating more than 11 or 12 points. They have a one- week paid vacation and two days of sick day. You cannot get a sick day off without a doctor's note. Being sick without a doctor's note and being absent is also subject to their point system. The points don't get reduced.
