      Pros

      Monos is a great company made up of fantastic, empathetic, and purpose-driven humans. The magic here is that everyone is aligned on the mission and vision and brings forth an energy that is contagious - this stems from the leadership team downstream. There are plenty of opportunities for growth - I am so proud and grateful to be a part of this team and to build something amazing together.

      Pros

      I joined Monos 6 months ago and I have learnt so much about building a company. The founders and management team are amazing and they put people first. We have a flexible work from home culture, so much trust and we all have a voice. No idea is too small for this company and they are always willing to listen. They are a pay for performance company. They have an annual retreat , dog friendly office when you want to go in and discounts on product.
