Pros

Good Pay and good medical and dental benefits.

Cons

Very racist company. Discriminate against Blacks and Latinos and will terminate you for the smallest mistake you can make. Always only hire individuals who were apart of he company before or white males.

Pros

Good training opportunities in salary/full time positions Excellent benefits, good pay adjusted for cost of living

Cons

Incoherent management structure, lack of planning, constant firefighting, and no engineering initiatives. Told career is going nowhere. Engineers don't want to be maintenance technicians.
