      Great Co-workers, and a great discount to get your car worked on

      Cons

      Incompetent management at all levels, favoritism at all levels, never hire internally the managers always chose someone from the outside rather than promote from within, 50's time punch, no sense of team pride, safety is a low priority for corporate, and the pay is WELL BELOW market value

      Mid Level and down employees that work there

      Too may to list. Seemed to be more interested in hiring cheaper and less knowledgeable employees while acquiring acquisitions. More interested in hiring followers than leaders in management positions. Also the ad for the Compensation & Benefit Manager lists "Comfortable with ambiguity...." as a requirment for the position.

      Monro Just acquire their first company in California and they're trying to pay people east coast wages , we had a meting with the CEO and all he talk about is how great he is at the time of the company introduction they clearly said they will match our pay from the previous year and that wasn't the case, some people lost 20 -35 % of their pay ,
