      -good benefits -a lot of sick time -love my coworkers

      Cons

      -inflexible with taking time off, super strict policies with taking time off -administrators/ supervisors do not care about people underneath them -administrators can be patronizing at times and act as extreme micromanagers -low pay & a huge work load
