      Pros

      Easy to help impact positive change - a.k.a. most supervisors and most management care and listen; everyone wants to do their share of the work and works as a team when possible; onboarding is helpful and thorough; new equipment/tech is being added and upgraded when possible; flexible schedule

      Cons

      EMS is tough everywhere, but here it feels more like a home here. Losing co-workers to burnout is tough, but that's healthcare.

      My colleagues are incredibly bright, collaborative, and always willing to help. There is a strong sense of camaraderie across departments and road staff. Company has increased starting rate of pay and are competitive in the industry

      Cons

      There are times that we get off late due to a last minute call but that can be expected in this field.
