Pros

Good co-workers and a nice building.

Cons

Management DOESN'T care about employee and HR is just a picture or a title. Train your managers of how to manage employees. Allow lower positions to evaluate them (managers) during yearly review. There you will see the real issues. Of course, it must be anonymous. Remember, your real workforce are the ones below. If you want to keep your good employees, take care of them. Implement live-work balance. Currently, it does not exist. HR be there for your employees, listen, do more!

Pros

The benefits are on par with the industry.

Cons

High turnover rate, after a month there you'll see why. You'll work long nights, weekends, and holidays. Teams are understaffed and managed poorly. Your feedback isn't taken into consideration. You are expected to sit at your desk and work non stop.

Pros

- Great access to senior management and other leaders at the firm. Firm really encourages cross group collaboration and ability to learn about many different areas of the firm. Managers encourage and are very supportive of professional & career development. - Great people. Firm regularly does social events such as happy hours, trivia, and other creative ways to keep team chemistry high. - Understanding team. Managers are respectful of employees time and expect you to work hard but are extremely accommodating of family conflicts and general life events.

Cons

- Nothing noteworthy. The firm competes in an extremely competitive industry in the investment management world and (fairly) expects workers to put in long hours to ensure the firm does continues to grow and achieve great returns for investors.
