Pros

Great for part-time work while I was a student. Clock-in, clock-out. I was solely assigned to a firm that let me work weekends or whenever I requested and at times one-off events/functions in downtown when I have time.

Cons

If you're not consistently assigned to a firm with a regular work schedule, it can be tricky to use your accrued sick hours. You can only take sick leave when you have an active assignment, so be mindful of this when planning your requests... hint hint*

Not sure if any. Temp agency work is a shoe best fit by function. What are you looking for in a job, permanence, part time, what? You have to be willing to job hop sometimes to find that "fit".
