You might hear a lot of "great" things about this company, but hear me out, and don't take this decision casually. - Team leads have massive egos and not enough knowledge to back it up - Management and leads have a clique - Hire & fire policy, they will make sure you feel like its your fault even when its not, be aware, don't let them gaslight you - Horrible leave policies - No work from home - Bring your own device policy - Lots of politics especially coming from the leads, you would expect a young place with young designers will be better, but you will be wrong - Management style is absolutely pathetic - Blissfully ignorant if employees complaint about their leads - Do not bother having an opinion it will be misunderstood and can be considered a threat - Immense pressure and long working hours - No work life balance - High attrition rate - If you're going to move to Pune for the job try to rent apartments with a short-term lease, if they decide to "let you go" Some of these points may sound over exaggerated, but they're not at all.
