      Leaders are considerate of employee's needs. They always check in on us and makes sure that we are provided with the rifht training and guidance at work.

      Since the leaders are considerate, some employees tend to abuse it.

      - Strong set of values that has been widely adopted by myself and colleagues - Tight knit group that is willing to stick together through thick and thin - Clear path of promotion for the motivated - Constant incentives and group events - effort is always rewarded and appreciated - good culture of being able to speak your mind and be listened to

      The job can be very demanding and a lot is expected of you, this is rewarded but can be draining regardless
