My time at Monster in many ways felt too good to be true. I worked with an incredible team and I genuinely enjoyed the work I was doing. The company culture and benefits were amazing and for the first time in a long time I was excited about the work I was doing and the potential to grow with the company.

Cons

The rise interest rates hit the company hard and I was laid off as a result. Overall I had a positive experience working at Monster
