Pros
It's the kind of job where I could go to work share my faith and honestly help people. Furthermore it's not overly burdened with ridiculous paperwork.
Cons
The job can be a little stressful at times. But that's okay.

Some hard working and good people that truly care about the mission work there.
Cons
Toxic and harassing work environment pushed down from recent changes to top management, and a board of directors that absolutely do not care about or question legitimately raised claims from hard working and big hearted employees. Worst I’ve experienced in my long career. Very high turnover at all levels. And the worst part is that it is a Christian Faith-based organization that does not follow the Christian principles and values that they claim to.
