Great Place to work

Pros

Friendly colleagues and wonderful, hardworking students. Faculty have a great deal of industry experience and are mostly focused on teaching.

Cons

They still want you to have a research program even though they are an undergrad focused institution. Grad students are VERY hard to recruit and there are VERY limited research resources compared to most other universities. Pay is extremely low. You may end up with a very high teaching load and still be judged heavily on your research outputs. Many professors are teaching up to 6 classes a semester and still are expected to perform research duties.
