Pros

Some staff were supportive and was there for the clients and the right reasons.

Cons

Upper management is all about money and filling beds. Lack of respect to staff and unequal treatment of clients. Upper management likes to walk around like they own the place and not acknowledge anyone including clients. Always having tours and strangers including investors and owners coming in and out. Not trauma informed at all. No communication between anyone!

Pros

Staff that provide direct care make a great team. It's always good to be in a job where you help others, and clients can benefit from their therapy.

Cons

Upper management does not appreciate the role of nursing and even the Nurse Manager does not help the nursing team, and in fact can work against the nurses at times. There is a lot of turnover.

Pros

Good benefits. Caring staff. Mostly caring upper management.

Cons

This company has gone downhill over the past year that I've been working here. This makes sense considering the massive monetary cuts that have been happening. The company budget has led to many employees getting let go and to pay increases that are downright disrespectful. I worked here for a year, and for my yearly pay increase was around 1%. That's around 21 cents. Not only that, but I'm often left without coworkers in a job that is supposed to be filled by two people. That means that my total workload often gets increased by 100% and I am not able to take a break from work, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
