      good pay and remote work

      huge turnover (especially given the team is less than 10 people), poor communication and leadership from management, poor benefits, no diversity because basically everyone is white

      Working at Montaro has been wonderful. We partner with amazing brands and help them succeed in an important and growing channel. Montaro employs a unique and innovative business model and is truly a leader and expert in the field - I get to learn every day. Plus, it's a hard-working, talented team with lots of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Really none - I love working here. It's a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to learn quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy a challenge.
