Pros

Fast-paced and elite company in the healthcare real estate space. Very upbeat and positive CEO (Chip Conk)

Cons

Montecito runs a little ADD--switching priorities constantly. Montecito also likes speed, which is great, but sometimes a bit overwhelming/unrealistic. I also think inter-department relationships could be better.

Pros

Learned a valuable lesson on retention and paying folks what they’re worth or it can all fall apart.

Cons

Company had firing event where they cut 15% of staff without explanation. Awful pay relative to competitors in industry. Gashlighting culture that you should work harder and not complain/care about your pay.
