Upper Management has a few employees that do near to nothing and they let them slide. Most of the managers expect the employees to do all tf their normally assigned work as well as their bosses work and then get thrown under the bus so to speak when problems happen.
If you are a people person and can work in a old school environment it's great. I was always busy and learning new things. They do treat customers the right way and will go above and beyond to make them happy.The design aspect,putting something together for a customer that makes the project exciting for the homeowner is a great feeling.
Cons
High employee turnover rate.Very long hours. Commissions can be taken by other salespeople without your knowledge. Favoritism along with a revolving door of scapegoats,Associates who like what they do work hard while learning a vast industry ultimately become overwhelmed, frustrated and eventually quit or get terminated.
