The culture of Montgomery Logistics is unlike anything I have seen in my 10+ years in this industry. Upper management allows each employee to think outside of the box in order to be successful. Making a change over a year ago to join this team has been one of the best decisions made both professionally and emotionally. I look forward to many years of growth personally and as a company because there is plenty of room for both!

Cons

None at this time, aside from space. We are growing expeditiously, time to knock down some walls!

Pros

Montgomery Logistics is a great company to work for. They put a lot of time and effort ensuring the company culture allows everyone to feel comfortable and motivated in a professional environment. Being a newer company Montgomery Logistics provides ample opportunity to each employee for upward mobility by providing access to an untapped market. Being able to utilize our sister company assets when needed helps provide a competitive edge against our competition. This company is definitely not your traditional 3PL logistics company.

Cons

The only thing I would state that could be considered a negative with this company is IF you are just looking for a seat to sit in Mon- Fri. The atmosphere is for driven individuals looking for opportunity in their careers. Goals and expectations are placed in front of you and they do their best to help you achieve them. Fortunately for me I'm not a person who just wants a job.
