Pros

Family owned and operated since 1971 and will stay in the family for the foreseeable future. Hard work but you will have fun doing it. Management is there when you need them but trust that you will get the job done. Many folks have been there for 10+ years. Great people to work with.

Cons

Not much that I can think of.

Pros

Decent pay and mostly achievable bonuses All upper management from Cincinnati, Ohio are willing to work to make the workplace better and hear out employees and engage with them.

Cons

Always working under the scrutiny of cameras. Workplace is treated like prison. Don’t speak to anyone. Very obvious favoritism in the workplace.

Pros

good benefits, fair wage, steady work

Cons

the time efficiency system in this company is broken, some departments are fine(press brake Pemm, dry mill) but others are unrealistic. in epoxy in ive been expected to make 10 parts an hour of a part i can only make 10 of in a day, and then my raise was withheld because of the time literally no one could make. if you make %150 they just say good job but if you make %84 they threaten your job. on robot welder theres a part that i was expected to make 120 of an hour, the machine takes 37 seconds to rotate, literally impossible even if you work full speed all day, upon complaining about this they changed it to 110 an hour. it is possible to advance in this company but if you dont have the experience you should fully expect to get tossed around the factory to the worst most mindless jobs they can find for you. ive seen people advance but thats a 10 year commitment from what ive heard.
