the time efficiency system in this company is broken, some departments are fine(press brake Pemm, dry mill) but others are unrealistic. in epoxy in ive been expected to make 10 parts an hour of a part i can only make 10 of in a day, and then my raise was withheld because of the time literally no one could make. if you make %150 they just say good job but if you make %84 they threaten your job. on robot welder theres a part that i was expected to make 120 of an hour, the machine takes 37 seconds to rotate, literally impossible even if you work full speed all day, upon complaining about this they changed it to 110 an hour.
it is possible to advance in this company but if you dont have the experience you should fully expect to get tossed around the factory to the worst most mindless jobs they can find for you. ive seen people advance but thats a 10 year commitment from what ive heard.
