Where to start, don’t open up about any health issues or issues in general. One of the directors told an employee with depression to ‘cheer up’ and ‘why can’t they just be happy’. People are in positions they shouldn’t be in with very little experience. A lot of staff are unqualified. If you want to get promoted you need to not perform well but have a good relationship with those that matter. You are micromanaged. They care more about fees and public image than employee wellbeing. Be prepared to spend a lot of your time posing for photos for social media.
