Pros

Pros: You will definitely improve your endurance, tolerance for pressure, and ability to survive unrealistic timelines. Good environment for learning how to manage multiple projects, weekend work, and last-minute escalations all at once.

Cons

Work culture is highly stressful due to unrealistic timelines, where tasks requiring months of effort are expected to be completed within days. Frequent micromanagement, hourly basis time tracking, and constant monitoring create continuous pressure on employees. Managers use disrespectful and abusive language creating a fear-driven environment rather than a healthy professional culture. Employees are expected to work beyond regular hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, without proper comp-off,Last-minute task assignments and multiple simultaneous projects are common, making work-life balance extremely difficult. There is clear favoritism within teams, where policies and expectations are not applied equally to all employees. Managers often discourage employees from taking leaves, resulting in a large number of unused leaves accumulating over time. Planned leaves can get cancelled depending on project pressure, and employees are expected to carry laptops even during leave periods. Employees may be suddenly asked to report to different office locations with minimal prior notice, causing disruption to personal schedules. Leaves beyond 10 days are generally not approved except in exceptional family situations such as marriage or death. Even during health issues, employees may still be expected to remain available for work, increasing stress and burnout. Freshers are required to sign a mandatory 2-year employment bond, which can make it difficult for employees to leave unhealthy work environments early in their careers. The policy regarding accumulated leave encashment is management-dependent, creating uncertainty for employees during resignation. Knowledge transfer and onboarding support are often insufficient, making it difficult for employees to adapt quickly when moved across projects or technologies. Technology stack in some projects is outdated (for example older frameworks like Struts), limiting exposure to modern technologies and reducing long-term learning opportunities for developers. Overall, the environment feels heavily delivery-focused with limited attention to employee well-being, sustainable workloads, or healthy work-life balance.
