      Reasonable ownership of the work assigned Pretty relaxed work environment Solid lines of communication from management to staff - information flows regularly and well Good health and safety focus

      Can be slow to change, embrace new ideas There can be a lack of clarity/commitment to some projects due to rapidly shifting/competing goals Hard to see where promotional opportunities would come from
