      This Place Is Falling Apart

      Overtime, and plenty of it because they can't keep anybody

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. Fraternization between management that goes way beyond work and has even happened at company functions. Safety officers covering up failed drug tests for their friends. EEOC has been notified and internal investigations are happening.

      parent company has money to invest

      this is a bad investment... poorly maintained, inefficient processes.. poorly educated, inexperienced engineers trying to make it work... sales & marketing staff lack any technical education to understand the product and market, they also lack the business acumen to penetrate market and organize a salesforce. owners and upper management are slowly making changes, but changes need to be faster and more aggressive if they want to be successful.

      Terrible home/life balance, plant management doesn't seem to know how to run a chemical plant, shift work schedule is awful, doesn't seem to promote from within at all
