None, run far away. Actually the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been employed for. Honestly regret ever leaving my previous employment and experiencing this terrible company. 10/10 don’t recommend. Look elsewhere to be employed.

Good work/life balance, supportive coworkers, weekly pay

Cons

Awful benefits and no 401k match. Low pay, with no annual increases, only get an increase if you get promoted. Pressured to give parent company Insight Global special treatment even in vendor neutral programs, which seemed unethical.

The people are amazing, we get commendation within our team

Cons

Working in reporting, our work often gets overlooked and most of the attention focuses on sales and account managers. Higher leadership also forcing us back in the office after being mostly remote is a huge bummer, and does little to boost morale.
