Negative culture among management, particularly corporate Retaliatory actions against employees is a common business practice here Management is unaware about information regarding their own company Sketchy business practices Corporate is unable to handle criticism and views it as an attack. As a result they will fire, replace, or ignore anyone who brings up genuine concerns about the company. Sometimes the concerns are valid and could benefit the company if they were listened to. However, corporate feels that these critics are negative and the company doesn't want to deal with these things. This company also has a serious issue regarding their dismissive nature towards their employees. The training for the CA position describes all these different resources that will be provided for us. However when it comes down to it, the people in the CA position aren't given these resources and blamed for their inability to achieve certain results. The big tag line used is "It's easy to find reasons of why something didn't happen, instead of doing it". This kind of attitude is very concerning and implies that corporate doesn't care if they can't hold up their end of the bargain, but the employees themselves should. Their training is also very uninformative and doesn't fully describe certain things about the job. One of the big things that is debated is the bonuses and how those work. Also a final note to all those who may read this, don't trust all the positive reviews. if you catch my drift.
