Pros

The administrative staff are wonderful. The client acuity is mild to moderate and there is a good work life balance. I am always off on time.

Cons

There is no PTO, health benefits, and you do have to manage your own schedule, which takes time and you will not get paid for that time. Also, if a client cancels in more than 48 hours, you do not get paid and then you are paid based on how many minutes you get in session with your client. I understand why the pay is this way because the company is not getting paid as much per session; however, there should be a bonus at the end of the year for each staff or something because a lot of times it is out of your control if a client needs to leave session early. Unfortunately, this could be the perfect job, but they just need a bit more since the pay is so inconsistent.

Pros

None, really there is no benefit to work here

Cons

Filled my calendar up way too fast. There was no rump up. It was just a ton of clients all at once there’s no support administrative support whatsoever. They’re taking a large part of your money. There’s no benefits whatsoever. They pay a nominal fee for meetings. There’s just really no point to work here. There’s a lot of oversight and even though I was fully licensed, I had to have extra meetings for like 15 bucks an hour or something for oversight meetings with a supervisor I really didn’t like working here and I quit. There’s a lot of paperwork to get done to get paid a lot of phone calls. It was just pointless. The staff or whoever was really rude and treated you like an employee when you’re not getting any benefits so you’re not quite an independent crack contractor and you’re not an employee, but you get treated like an employee or even an associate.

Pros

Flexible schedule, autonomy with most things, support from clinical supervisor when needed, w2 position, quick to fill your requested caseload

Cons

Sessions need to hit 53min for full pay, don’t meet other staff since it’s virtual, pay is not as high as other agencies
