Extreme micromanagement, different ideas and perspectives are not valued and ignored, compensation bonus is highly touted but never paid, benefits package is not competitive in the industry, lack of resources to do your job effectively, decisions are based on personal interests instead of business, staff reprimands are done in front of other coworkers, "my way or the highway" mentality from upper management, no office policies in place result in inconsistent messages and treatment of staff and situations, incredibly high turnover, hard work is not rewarded or recognized, certain management is known to discredit past employees after leaving, certain members of staff are disrespectful, clients are overbilled.

Horrible culture. Perpetuate resentment between staff. Unbelievable micromanagement. Culture of sexism. Dishonesty. Turn over on staff is unbelievably high. Leaders encourage drama and negative behaviour. They ask their current staff to create fake reviews on here so they don’t look so bad.
