Cons
Cons? Everything else. No work-life balance, owner feels YOU should feel LUCKY to work for them. They even say this in the new hire orientation. They don't give any vacation your first year, then barely any after that. AND, once you finally get vacation, they won't let you use it in the summer and requests are often denied. Owner feels like you owe them everything because he was generous enough to give you a paycheck, doesn't matter you worked for it. The other owner (his wife) don't even get me started, lady is crazy and everyone avoids her if they can. Benefits are very limited and very expensive. You even have to buy your own short term and long term disability plans. There is no room for advancement either. Any place has to better than this place to work, my short stay with the company was way too long.
