A company bought lunch and that’s it.
Cons
Do not EVER work here, this is a company that the owner micro manages to death! All these other 5 star reviews are fabricated by the owner. ALL the employees who work here want out, not one employee likes the environment here. I worked here less than a month and 2 employees quit while I was here!!! They will relocate you as they can’t get any local talent because they know the reputation of the owner. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!!! Trust me as I am a 40 year print veteran and worked at numerous printing facilities from mom and pop to very large corporate printing plants. I have never been to a shop that is run with an iron fist!

I've been with Moonlight BPO for 14 years now and can honestly say if you take pride in your work, you're reliable, and show dedication the owner will reward you FAR beyond what I've ever seen with other companies. The starting pay is about 20% higher than industry standards but Brenda Grigsby (the owner) goes beyond that and surprises employees with bonuses, dinners, gifts, and help whenever they need it. I love this company!
Cons
The nature of the printing / mailing industry is high stress, deadlines, and sometimes long hours. Only about 1 out of every 10 potential employees that come thru here have what it takes to succeed at Moonlight. ( But those that do make the grade have a home for life.)
