      Pros

      The feeling of making a difference, lots of promises! Expect to be told you're doing wonderful!

      Cons

      The pay was bad, getting a raise is an absolute root canal, people are quitting at an alarming rate, and the attempt to retain HIGHLY skilled individuals is non-existent. Expect to be expected to pull off more than you can... and then get told it isn't enough still.

      Pros

      Great medical plan and low premiums. Good pay. Clean facility, and very knowledgeable people who are great at what they do. Owners are very nice and down to Earth.

      Cons

      Management can be very cliquey and suspicious of everyone. A few micro managers who do not appreciate what fresh minds bring to the table.
