Pros

New equipment. Decent home time. The employees are willing to help everyone when they need it. The pay is average

Cons

The benefits are the horrible, we may as well not have any! They deadhead you 600+ miles without pay! They have promised to make the benefits and pay better but never followed through. They will lie straight to your face. They monitor the Qualcomm and if it says you were speeding they suspend you for a week without pay, this company doesn't care about the drivers all they care about is putting money in their pocket. Upper management treats drivers like crap, we are not allowed to voice our opinion and when we do they will terminate you!

Pros

Ummmm.....I’ll get back to you

Cons

Like title says, I was literally shot at in Cleveland with Toyotas. The bullet missed me by 3 feet and struck the window of a Camry. Not once did a single person ask me if I was ok, after being shot at! And, they made me pay for the damage on the car that was shot. Really? Also, The software and/or tablet was malfunctioning. I would have 3 deliveries made in the same day, and the “delivered message” would not go through. When it did, it showed the deliveries being made in different months. You can look at the elog and see this is BS. I had one show it was delivered over a year before it was picked up! I took screen shot after screen shot to prove to them the error in the software. I delivered BMWs in May, which require a signature, which I got, which I took a pic of. The management side of the computer system showed that car was STI (delivery with no signature) The dealer scratched the hell out of it, and 3 months later Moore made ME PAY FOR IT! Completely disregarding my physical evidence that this was simply not the case. These are just 2 examples out of many why many management people in this company belong in prison. Go to the headquarters and shoot a bullet 3 feet from a managers head and see what they do. I guarantee you are going to prison.

Pros

My average weekly gross is between $1900-2300, i acquired a new truck after only 6 months. I run the same routes every week. If you ain't happy with what you are doing at Moore, you have to speak up and tell them what your needs are and I have found that they will try to work with you and fix it. I have not met a driver or someone from the office that was not easy to get along with.

Cons

Moore does not pay deadhead miles. I can work with 150 or so miles but sometimes they will ask you to go a very long way to pick up the slack and they refused to pay any dead head for your sacrifices. Sometimes they need drivers to make sacrifices and really rescue them when they are backed up in certain areas. Drivers always come through but I don't see anyone getting any raises.
