Pros

The company was dynamically forward in thinking in it's work and representing auto dealer clients to the consumer market. It's a young fast-paced company that likes to produce solid work and expects the best out of their employees and they pay well for it.

Cons

No cons. It's a job. You perform or you leave.

commission structure small company so we get to learn all the facets of the business

Lack of structure, standard processes Growing fast, but keeping the old way of doing things that were not time efficient enough to put out good work Quantity of quality type of company So many clients, not enough man power Zero work life balance
