The employees are wonderful and willing to stretch as thin as possible to get things done. Events and activities constantly happening.

Cons

Definitely take into consideration that they run as a start up business with no structure. Tons of favoritism and nepotism as the pervious 1-2 stars review state. Management is very out of touch with the amount of work any of the employees do. Was told to “choose my battles” and just keep things moving forward. Constantly wearing many hats and lack of communication with management. Tons of micro aggressions and gossipy individuals. Many employees stating they don’t want a target on their back if they spoke up.
