It's completely drowned out by the management team. Angry outbursts were a near-daily occurrence when I left. Founders were often shouting at each other or at other employees over even the smallest things. Company transparency is also severely lacking. No sharing of key metrics, no analytics, no praise for accomplishments. Hell, hardly even a recognition of someone's birthday. Expected us to eat at our desks, which were all contained in one tiny room, while continuing to work. There are countless better start up examples out there. Thankfully this one didn't spoil them all for me.

The founder Nikola is a hostile and aggressive boss. He is prone to outbursts over tiny little details that end up slowing progress on everything. As a female, his aggressiveness made me very uncomfortable at the workplace. Toxic is a good word for this office. Expect you to work in cramped desk space and bad vibe the first people that leave the office (even if it is 7 at night) I got out out of here as quickly as I could.
