With every situation in life you usually have to take the good with the bad. In this case the bad a nuisance. - Poor Upper Management Most of the managers are great to work for however some of the "executives" are terrible and very unprofessional at times and cause a great deal of unneeded stress to most of the employees - Negative Coworkers For the most part, all the employees are great people with positive, friendly attitudes. However there are a select few who are very hard to work with. They have negative attitudes and take their stress on their fellow coworkers. -Rude Customers In the service department there are a lot of repeat customers and a small handful of them are blatantly rude to the porters and service advisors. With any customer service job this is a common problem, however it is almost a daily occurrence to have 2-3 customers difficult customers.
