You will be treated as a disposable asset. The owner surrounds himself with yes men who will throw anyone under the bus to make sure he doesn't look at them. You can tell higher ups are all waiting for him to be gone so they can actually try to grow the company. Don't plan on working here long, They hire and fire people like its nothing.
