      Pros

      Not being micro managed. Immediate supervisor has an open mind

      Cons

      In the past 2 years there has been 5 layoffs. Makes for a very tense working environment. There is no chance for advancement. Raises are nonexistent. Salary reduction across the board a year ago.

      Most people there are friendly Day time hours

      Cons

      I was full time and got laid off. I was rehired back two weeks later as a contract worker and was placed on a as needed bases. After you are placed on a contract labor status it is "mandatory" that you to work 7 days a week 12 hour days during their busy season and you do not give you over time pay. I worked 84 hours in one week and did not get paid the over time rate of time and a half. This went on for at least three weeks.

      Pros

      In my 4 years at Moran Printing I have enjoyed working with the many professional and highly trained employees. We are the best in the business. I have been treated fairly by management and have enjoyed working with the President/CEO. I am most appreciative of Moran during this COVID-19 economy. Moran has been able to keep most of its employees employed. I think management has made many tough decisions and put the employees first. We have great health Care, 2 weeks paid vacation and 9 paid Holidays. I think we have a lot to be thankful for.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons, but I am sure there is some employee who has a complaint. No matter what a company does for its employees there is always someone who is unhappy.
