Absolutely none come to mind. Maybe the coffee and bagels on Friday mornings? But the bagels are stale all the time. There are NO pros in working at this office.

Cons

Worst place ever worked in my life. Job pay is the lowest in the industry by far. Upper management has no idea what is going on and they can’t hold onto any employees. This is just a “job.” In no way can a career be built at this office. The training for any job here is a complete joke and should be taken more seriously. HR talks behind everyones back. The accounting group has no idea how to invoice or let a lone do anything. Management has no idea how to invest in any employee. Seek a career elsewhere.

The benefits are pretty good with Moran.

Cons

No advancement in lower or mid level managerment. What ever position you start at pretty much depend on that's where your stay.
