So many amazing people, open work environment, yoga classes, tight knit group.

Cons

slightly disorganized without real guidance or roles with defined metrics set up.

Pros

Friendly, family atmosphere with good folks in all office (with a few minor exceptions). Execs were accessible and teams worked well together.

Cons

Stretched across 3 offices plus some contractors in yet other offices added some complexity to staying connected across the organization.

Pros

The environment is very relaxed, they care for what you do. If you are good they will raise your salary (They raise mine 3 time in a year without I was asking). They have a lot of data and big customers.

Cons

The development team is pretty small, especially in London. You have to work with US in 6h shifted time. The people are not so skilled.
