Pros

There is air conditioning in the hallways and rooms.

Cons

When there are many check outs in a hotel, there is a lot of pressure on the employees to work faster, too fast, and thus the quality decreases to clean perfectly. Then from the rush, if the supervisor is not satisfied or finds some small thing, it needs to be fixed. When there is no rush, it is okay to clean. Besides, if you are an international employee, you will feel that you are discriminated against by other colleagues, and no one cares.. And if you are sharing the room tips with other workers, forget for the tips.

None I can think of

Cons

Minimum pay, terrible housing with mold everywhere, even the food wasn’t for free… The supervisors were not qualified and most of the time they used to favour the people they were close with and not based on performance.
