Pros
The people who have been hired into the company, are by and large good, hard-working folks. There are a few really good Corporate leaders in the organization...but their voices are drowned out by the ego at the top.
Cons
Corporate Management is very tone-deaf. It is common to delegate responsibility to Department Heads...but they are never given the authority to affect real change or improvement. It's funny that sometimes I would make a suggestion, and it would get shot down...but later a Corporate Manager would implement my suggestion.
