My Personal Experience of Morgan Spencer
Pros
I have been working at Morgan Spencer for over 6 years now. I have found them to be a supportive company with lots of opportunity to progress if that is what you want. The team environment is great, and we all get on well. We arent necessary best friends out of work, but in work we respect and enjoy working together. The Directors are supportive and are always there to offer advice when and where we require it. They treat us all like the adults that we are and often ask our opinions for certain things in the business. The commission is structure is fair and well balanced for the all employees including the Assistants. We get some lovely perks, such as gym, birthday off, drinks on a Friday, annual amazing weekend away for everyone in the business not just the best Sales People. Holidays go up every year up to a maximum of 30 days, and then you can buy an extra 5. In return they get happy loyal employees, who enjoy coming to work.
Cons
They do not offer working from home as an option, and as a working Mum I would find that very helpful at times, does not even have to be every week, but think as an last resort this would be great and much appreciated. As the office is getting busier, this would be beneficial for Managing Consultants to get on with Sales Calls at home.
